Join an OFCA Committee or Subcommittee to Work on the Strategic Plan Projects

The OFCA and OFESF Boards have recently finalized the 2022-2027 Strategic Plan. Over the next several years we will be working on the eight goals outlined in the plan. Below are some of the initiatives that we are currently working on.

Workforce Subcommittee of the Policy Committee

GOAL 2: To recognize, research, and develop pathways to address the workforce development and sustainment issues facing Ohio's emergency services.

GOAL 7: Develop a quarterly online education series based on the needs of the combination and volunteer fire service

GOAL 8: To increase engagement of members through active participation by 10% per year in each area (e.g. committees; events; programs; etc.) of the organization
