Turtlecreek Township is now accepting applications for Full Time Firefighter/Paramedic-preferred or Firefighter/EMT.

Applications will be accepted until March 19^th, 2025 @ noon.

Step 1 pay for 2025 is $21.63 (EMT) - $23.69 (medic) per hour with full benefit package paid by employer. Lateral hires may be considered at the discretion of the Employer. Service credit for full-time service with a political subdivision of the State of Ohio will be accepted for vacation accrual rates.

Paid Time off which includes
- Holidays – 92 additional hours of holiday compensation paid annually, worked holidays receive time and a half compensation.
- Vacation – Accrual at hire of 1.846 hours per pay period (year 1) 4.615 hours per pay (years 2-5)
Benefits – Health Insurance Premiums employer paid 100%
- Co-Insurance and Deductible reimbursed to employee up to an allotted amount

Hours are 24/48
Kelly Day every 6 weeks (52-hour work week)

Candidates will need to provide Firefighter Mile results when they apply.
