He has been serving as the Executive Director for the Div. of EMS since February 2020, and has over 35 years of experience in the fire/EMS service. Director Wagoner was awarded the 2017 Rocco V. Morando Lifetime Achievement Award, a prestigious honor recognizing a lifetime of commitment, contribution, and leadership to emergency medical services.
