This one-day program will provide education for the judicial community concerning professional forensic fire investigation, identification of incendiary fires, and the subsequent criminal investigation of arson. Information presented will include scientific method, systematic process, laboratory analysis, case preparation, and expert courtroom testimony. The key concept is arson is a crime that can be proven.
CLE Credits: This course has been approved by the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 6.0 credit hours to Judges and Prosecutors, with no ethics or substance abuse instruction.
